we're looking for a high-impact Senior Director, Business Development to accelerate growth across North America.

🎯 Your mission

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you'll join a dynamic team of ~10 BD professionals and play a key role in Banook's North American growth strategy from prospecting Big Pharma and Biotech targets to closing complex deals, defending bids, and expanding key accounts.

📌 What you'll own

• Define and execute the annual BD plan aligned with Banook's growth targets

• Identify and develop new opportunities within pharma, biotech, and medical device sectors

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers

• Lead bid defense meetings, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations

• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and provide regular forecasting to senior leadership

• Represent Banook at industry conferences and trade shows across North America.

✅ What you bring

• 10–15+ years in life sciences BD (pharma, biotech, or medical devices)

• Proven track record selling clinical trial services across phases and therapeutic areas

• Established network with Big Pharma and Biotech stakeholders in clinical research

• Strong North American market knowledge; willingness to travel

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences or Business — MBA a plus, but experience speaks louder

• French language skills are a bonus
