The 3 pillars of banook group 2024's CRS policy

For a long time our mantra has been “People serving Science, Science serving People”, in connection to our deep desire to have a meaningful impact on society.

These values are built around three core pillars: Environment, Social Responsibility, and Governance. They common to all members of the Banook Group and are ensured by our CSR Committee.

These pillars represent our collective responsibility to reduce our environmental impact, contribute positively to society, and ensure ethical governance in our operations.

The ambitions of Banook's CSR Committee

Our committee was created to structure our commitment to society with precise objectives and initiatives. We also wanted to share our values with our clients and partners to align CSR strategies and fulfill requirements. Projects were stepped up in 2024 to mark Banook's 25th anniversary, for which 25 CSR initiatives were launched. After consultation with our employees, 4 topics were chosen as the main ones for them:

Environmental: sustainable mobility, food and supplies.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion: cultural and social diversity awareness, inclusion and disability.

Social: enhance employee volunteering participation, support local charities through donations, awareness of social issues.

Quality of life at work: work posture, stress level, community and sense of belonging.
