Job Overview

As an FRI Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to perform medical imaging analyses using Fluidda's proprietary Functional Respiratory Imaging (FRI) technology. You will contribute to clinical research projects by analyzing CT scans according to established workflows, protocols, and quality standards.


You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of imaging analyses while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes, workflows, and documentation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality FRI analyses in accordance with study protocols and internal procedures.

  • Ensure the quality and integrity of incoming medical images and completed FRI analyses.

  • Identify, implement, and document improvements to the FRI workflow and related processes.

  • Maintain and update FRI documentation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of clinical research projects.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, scientific rigor, and quality.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, preferably Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Imaging, or 3D/Graphic Design.

  • Excellent computer skills and affinity with software tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative mindset.

  • Dynamic, proactive, and analytical approach to problem-solving.


Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of lung anatomy and respiratory physiology.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Scrum or Agile.

  • Basic knowledge of Python or other scripting/programming languages.

  • Interest in medical imaging, clinical research, and healthcare innovation.


Experience

  • Previous experience is not required; motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross annual salary (including the 13th-month salary and holiday allowance): €15,000 – €17,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

  • Hybrid working model combining remote work and office-based collaboration in Lisbon.
