As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full life cycle of clinical studies, from setup through to close-out, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

You will act as the main point of contact for sponsors and internal teams, coordinating stakeholders across departments and time zones.

This position requires a professional who is highly organised, autonomous, and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects independently while maintaining strong communication with international colleagues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all study-related communications and ensure clear alignment among stakeholders.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical studies on time and within budget.

  • Monitor project performance, timelines, and risks to ensure successful study outcomes.

  • Prepare and maintain study documentation and specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with Banook’s Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support customer and regulatory audits.


About You

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Project Manager or Clinical Research Associate.

  • Strong understanding of local and international clinical research regulations.

  • Excellent communication skills in English & German(written and spoken).

  • Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
