As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full life cycle of clinical studies, from setup through to closeout, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
You will act as the main point of contact for sponsors and internal teams, coordinating stakeholders across departments and time zones.
This position requires a professional who is highly organised, autonomous, and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects independently while maintaining strong communication with international colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all study-related communications and ensure clear alignment among stakeholders.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical studies on time and within budget.
Monitor project performance, timelines, and risks to ensure successful study outcomes.
Prepare and maintain study documentation and specifications.
Ensure compliance with Banook’s Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support customer and regulatory audits.

Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
At least 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Project Manager or Clinical Research Associate.
Strong understanding of local and international clinical research regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Japanese language abilities would be a strong asset.
Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
